Wildlife
Over the past 5 years I have developed a passion for wildlife and its conservation. From this has grown my portfolio of wildlife work, both native and worldwide. I work from all my own photographs. This gives me a greater insight into the animals I paint and their habitat. From each painting sold, I will donate a percentage to a wildlife charity. My desire is not only to paint our beautiful wildlife but in some insignificant way give a little back. So many of the world's animals are becoming endangered, we need to start to care about them and each other!

Oil, Pencil Portraits
Portraits are a very cherished part of my work. There is something very special about painting a portrait of someones child, parent or loved one. The portrait must have a good likeness to the sitter but a good portrait captures more. It captures their personality and character; the very essence of the person. When you do this the portrait is a success! Client satisfaction is so important. I want their pictures to be loved today but cherished for years to come.

Pet Portraits
A pet portrait is an unique way to remember the extra member of the family. I have completed many portraits of cats, dogs and horses over the past 11 years, aswell as some unusual animals too. Similar to a human portrait, the likeness is paramount but it is as equally important to capture the animal's character. Clients are often amazed at the detail and softness of the eyes in the portrait.
