   How to Order

Prints are displayed in print only and print with mount. Click ‘Select’ and choose your size (small or large). Click ‘Add to cart’ and your order will appear in cart. If you are happy to continue with your order please click’Check-out’ and you will proceed to the Shopping cart order form. Please enter your details and choose delivery area. This will add your postage costs. Please click ‘continue’. Your card details will then be processed via PayPal.

Delivery charges shown are an estimate only and the actual shipping rates will be determined during your checkout. Though we make every effort to present you the timeliest information, shipping rates shown are subject to change without notice.
Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday – Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Please submit any cancellation via e-mail within 3 days to info@lornhamilton.com or call us on +44 (0) 2844 830479.  E-mail cancellations must contain the following information:  First Name, Last name, and E-mail address.  This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order.  Please provide contact information in the event we have any questions with regard to cancelling your order.  Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and shipped. 
 
Returns Notice
 
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order we will refund the value of the goods supplied provided that they, together with the original invoice, are returned to us in perfect condition (carefully repacked in the original packaging), within 14 days of Delivery for replacement or a full refund.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive the fine art prints you ordered, or if the prints arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will replace them immediately. Please quote the reference number and state the nature of error or defect. If you fail to so notify us we regret you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.
