Plein Air Work
Everything you see below was painted outdoors. Drawing in nature makes me feel so alive and in the moment. I first developed my skills drawing birds from life on the East Coast of Scotland, where I learned to embrace the exhilaration and challenge of painting in fierce winds and constantly shifting landscapes. I’m drawn to capturing colours, patterns, and the sense of freedom nature offers; for me, being immersed in it is the best medicine, imparting both joy and hope.
